MTBIFacts.com is dedicated to providing the public, the media, and health care professionals with up-to-date factual information regarding mild traumatic brain injury (MTBI), with the goal of improving patient care, clinical outcome, and research in this area.

MTBIFacts.com was created by Dr. Dominic A. Carone in response to continued proliferation of misinformation regarding MTBI (also known as concussion) and what some refer to as “post concussion syndrome.”

Although intended to primarily be a factual website, Dr. Carone will also provide his perspective based on years of experience evaluating patients with traumatic brain injury of all severity.
